As a Financial Analyst, you will provide accurate and excellent member service to members, non-members and your co-workers. Specific responsibilities will include:
Prepare regular financial reports, management reports, risk reports, and other reports as requested.
Develop and maintain analytical reports to provide detailed explanations of variances to plan.
Contribute to the ongoing development of automated processes to produce the required reports and the annual budget.
On an ongoing basis assess and improve accounting processes paying particular attention to financial and management controls.
Conduct research and analysis as required to support management activities and complete assigned account reconciliations.
Perform general accounting duties.
Perform other duties as may be required from time to time that are commensurate with the position.
Exigences
Post-Secondary Education in a relevant field.
Accounting Designation preferred.
Previous experience in a financial institution preferred.
Excellent computer skills.
